I still chumming the water for ideas on which speaker to try in my SPLIT Nashville 400 cab to further reduce weight.
I am looking at either the EPS-15C or Telonics Neo 15". I think I've ruled out adding the the Neo Mag to the B/W as the weight savings doesn't justify the cost.
You folks are probably tired of reading my inquires but I am hoping to hear from actual speaker swappers of the NV 400 that have used these two particular brands.
Forgive my persistence

Warren--I was getting no response to two emails for a pickup order so after a week I contacted Jim Palenscar at http://www.steelguitars.me/
who placed the order for me and had it drop shipped straight from Tel. to me.
I don't know if this was normal order of business or a special situation. Hope it helps. |

Update......I replaced my NV400 B/W with a EPS-15C. Split my cabs and now very satisfied.
Might someday give the Telonics an A/B test against the the EPS-15C but for now I'm happy with the change. _________________ 2010 Rains 3x5 SD10, 2006 Rains 3x5 SD10 Powered by Quilter Tone Block 202 and 15' and 12' Custom Speaker cabs |
