Bob,
This is joe, you remember that 11 gauge string you sent a month or so back,
I put it on the guitar and its been there going on over 32 hours of playing still has not broke yet, i know i should change it but im waiting to see how much it will take. it is one amazing string to take it this long. just wanted to share that with you, and by the way did you get any new stock in yet? joe |

Hello Joe;
I am not b0b but want to Thank You for posting this info as it is valuable to many other players too..Since you said 11 gauge i assume you are talking about the E9th neck..
What kind of guitar did you put this on??

| yes its on a E9th got them on my carter, was having some trouble a while back had a burr on it as well but out of the 10 years ive been playing i have never had a string stay on so long and still have a great tone, ill let you all know when it goes |

| I have one problem with Jagwires. They are wound into a very small loop before they are put in their little envelopes. On more than a few occasions, I've had bent strings fresh out of the pack. Especially the .022 6th string. I've never seen that before in other brands. Nothing like putting a bent string on, right before an important gig. |

Joseph: Yes, I have all of the Jagwire strings in stock now.
Glenn: I noticed that on certain gauges a while back, but it hasn't been happening lately. Maybe they hired someone to stuff envelopes once who did it wrong. Just a guess...
At any rate, Jagwires that are coiled too tight are the exception, not the rule. I've had nothing but great results with them.

I was having a problem with my 10 th string breaking on my new guitar, and i changed to Jagwire strings. End of problem. I guess its time to order more. |
