Fender Telecaster with B&W B-bender. MIM.Upgraded with Lindy Fralin pickups. Guitar is blue and has great sound and playability. The three way switch has been replaced with a knob to blend the pickups. Very versatile guitar. It has a case. No trades!!

that's a nice guitar, ron. i'm not in the market, being poor, but i am curious about that bender. i'd love to see a diagram of how the mechanics work. i have a p/w bender and understand them, but how does the string end/pulling attachment work on this. i'd just buy it for fun if i could. i love trippy mechanical neat stuff.

Chris, they work basically like the finger on a pedal steel, mounted just behind the string saddle, instead of rotating a knob as on the P/W.

The bender on these guitars are routed through the body and the bender is under the barrel. See it at: http://www.bnwbenders.com/

Hi Mark

Thanks for the interest in my benders.

Here are my charges. For single benders I charge $450.00 and double
benders I charge $700.00. These are on standard tele and Les Paul
style guitars. There could be additional charges on guitars with
special paint jobs.

I take 7 days to turn around. But I do have a back log that veries. At
this time I am running about 6 1/2 weeks before I can work on one.

Thanks again for your interest. Bill

A while ago, I picked up a used B&W Bender equipped guitar, and not having the actual instructions, managed to break it.

Bill repaired it very inexpensively, just charging me for return shipping and the parts to upgrade it to his latest design. I was pleased with the way that he stood behind his work, even though I wasn't the original purchaser.

The mechanism is well thought out, light weight, and easy to adjust in terms of both the range of the pull and the amount of effort needed to actuate it.

I'd highly recommend your consideration of a B&W Bender equipped guitar.

I have a B&W B Bender in a Tele. I got the one with the adjustable throw. I like the fact that from the front the only thing that gives away that's it's a bender is that the upper strap button is in a different place and he doesn't take a bunch of wood out of the back. On top of all that, your guitar is only gone for two weeks. It's great and I'd recommend Bill to anyone that wants a bender.
