I've always been curious what Walnut sounds like... compared to Ash or Alder.. can you describe the tone in comparison?

Also... how is the weight compared to Ash or Alder?

Anthony, Great sustain, great tone...I'll see if I can throw a video up on here soon.

They are a little heavier than alder/ash, but not too bad.

For those who don't know Tony, He is a perfectionist---it's got to be right, or it is not for sale. Tony has a very unique talent for the craftsmanship he offers here. You WONT be disapointed in Tony's guitars. Smile

Do you or can you build one of these Tele's with standard single coil Tele pups? Or do you mainly make the custom style Tele's? I would love to hear one of these nice looking Tele's. The Walnut is just beautiful!

Tony, that's not fair blue is my favorite color and that's just beautiful!! I loved hearing your Custom Tele's they sound as good as they look lot's of good ole Tele bight. I'll bet they will cut thru the mix so you can drown out the lead singer Smile
