Here's my take on this song with a few new twists.
From 3:24 to 3:32 you can here the E9th 10th string low B to A change used as a drone and moving from A to C#.
From 3:39 to 3:43 you can hear the E9th 6th string G# to B change.
From 3:53 to 4:00 you can here the E9th 1st string F# to G# change (used in ear piercing unison insect repellant mode) followed by the 7th string F# to G# change (made to sound like the C6th 4th pedal) and lastly the same change used at the 2nd fret resolving to A,B pedals down at the 1st fret.

The guitar parts were done on a Fender Squier Classic Vibe 50's with a hipshot into a stock Fender silver face Princeton Reverb. They were enhanced in Reaper from mono to stereo using the free Ambience plug-in with hall reverb and a slight echo. I'm rendering all my sound files in MP3 now at 320 kbps instead of WMP wma's at 192 kbps.

I wanted to call it "Down To My Last Bell Crank" but since I ordered a few more I really can't say that. My nephew just bought two new snowmobiles and can't even use them until winter. His accessories cost even more than ours so I guess our hobby could be worse.
I'll put out some more tabs maybe this winter. I'm going through those 101 tabs I just bought and they are consuming most of my time.

No way do you need all these knee levers to play out. It makes it so much more fun to play with at home though. And when recording the subtle changes stand out more than they would in a club or stage show. I got 3 more crank sets coming and I know where 2 of them are going.

I just finished doing a dvd on this tune
on the hal rugg version
it is a great song and you do very well on it
you have done so much for steel players

Just checked out Hal's version, Mike. Hal cool is that!
I had only heard this by K. D. Lang. I find myself playing a lot of tunes in B and Bb lately. Those keys have their advantages with the low fret positions and open strings drones.

yes they do once you been playing
flat keys a while it dont trouble you to much
playing gospel music we played a lot in
E flat/b flat/ and A flat/ once in a while F
almost nver in A/D/ E
yeah Hal was a great player!
