Terry,
It sounds like you have something good up your sleeve. Who is it, or is it a surprise?
Keith,
Thank you for your nice compliments. We sure liked playing with you, too. I've been with Heartland for six years now, and they are a good bunch of guys. Everybody takes their turn playing leads and fills, and nobody tries to play over another. I think that is the way a band is supposed to work.
It sounds like we're going to be playing a lot with you this spring and summer. We can't help but get tighter as we play more together and get used to how we all do things. I guess we're going to be playing back out at Diggins on May 1. Have a good time playing in Siloam Springs this weekend.

Hi Keith,
Thanks for the comments concerning the new Country Gospel CD that Gary and I recorded this past winter.
Yes, Gary is coming to the Marshfield 4th Annual Steel Show and not just because I got to play on this project, I think it is one of the best CDs that I ever had the opportunity to play on.
Gary done a super job singing on it and he and I arranged all of the music. It truly is a great Country Gospel CD.
Gary will have copies with him and we plan on doing a couple for the steel show this year.
Thanks and GOD bless!

Mr. Jerry Horner of Talequah, OK is joining us this year too. After hearing him at the Baxter Springs Kansas steel show last year, I invited him at that time.
If you haven't heard Jerry yet, your in for a real treat he plays an E6th tuning but with the chromatic strings on top. He has a great sound and it is a completely different and it is a very refreshing style of steel playing.
Jerry also plays probably the only 12 string LDG Model SHO-BUD steel guitar in the world. That's right, it is an LDG model but it was a one of kind custom 12 string LDG made by SHO-BUD when Mr. Franklin was still with the SHO-BUD folks.
Thanks again and Jerry we will be looking forward to hearing and seeing you on June 6th at the 4th Annual Marshfield, MO Steel Show!
GOD bless!

Terry,
The Diggins Theater is in Diggins, MO. You go south on Highway A out of Marshfield. Then you turn left (east) on Highway 60 and go about one mile. Then you turn left (north) on Highway O, and immediately turn left into the parking lot of an old convenience store that is closed. You cross that parking lot going west and the theatre is in that same lot, next to the Diggins post office. It is a nice new building. It is easier to find than the directions sound.

Just 30 days and the Super 4th Annual Marshfield Steel Lineup!
David Tunell one of our backup pianists is going to post a map of directions if not I will try to do that. We are located in the historic Jubilee Theater. It is only about 1 1/2 miles at most from I-44 and is around 25 miles east of Springfield, MO.
Thanks and may GOD bless!

Terry asked me to post directions to the show. They are below. I posted them in different colors for coming from different directions so they would be easy to tell apart.
If you want a map to the Jubilee Theatre, go to the following link, enter your address in Box A, and enter the address of the Jubilee Theatre in Box B. The address for the theatre is 109 E. Commercial, Marshfield MO 65706.
Here is the link (sorry I don't know how to make it pretty and short):

Here are directions in written form:
COMING FROM THE WEST (SPRINGFIELD/JOPLIN/TULSA):
TAKE I-44 EAST TO EXIT 100 (MARSHFIELD)
TURN RIGHT ONTO HIGHWAY 38.
CONTINUE ON HIGHWAY 38 FOR ABOUT 1.5 MILES (THE ROAD WILL CURVE TWICE, BUT STAY ON IT).
YOU WILL COME TO A 4-WAY STOP.
TURN RIGHT AT THE FOUR WAY STOP ONTO CRITTENDEN STREET.
GO ONE BLOCK TO THE STOP SIGN. THE JUBILEE THEATER IS ON YOUR RIGHT. PARKING/ENTRANCE IS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
COMING FROM THE EAST (ROLLA/ST. LOUIS):
TAKE I-44 EAST TO EXIT 100 (MARSHFIELD)
TURN LEFT ONTO HIGHWAY 38.
COMING FROM THE SOUTHEAST (WEST PLAINS/POPLAR BLUFF/CAPE GIRARDEAU):
TAKE U.S. HIGHWAY 60 WEST TO DIGGINS (APPROX. 4 MILES WEST OF SEYMOUR)
JUST PAST DIGGINS, TURN RIGHT ON HIGHWAY A.
FOLLOW HIGHWAY A APPROX. 12 MILES.
IN MARSHFIELD, HIGHWAY A MAKES A SQUARE CORNER. JUBILEE THEATER IS RIGHT ON THAT CORNER. KEEP GOING STRAIGHT INTO THE PARKING LOT.
These directions should get you there. We hope you will come out June 6. Terry has a whale of a show lined up.
