Are you saying the chassis works,(amplifies the input signal normally), or that it makes noise? If it only needs a pot replaced, it could be the basis for a practicekeyboard amp for my wife.

I just plugged in a guitar cord and touched the end and listened for signal from the speaker. If you are interested, I can actually test the unit further. In the electronics world, if it passes signal...that is a very good thing.

When I get a chance, I will plug an instrument into it.

FYI, that looks like a TNT Bass Amp chassis. My wife used to have a TNT 115S (S-Sheffield Speaker) Bass Amp. Works good for steel except no reverb. It does have a built in Chorus.

Too many years ago, we used one of these for my sister-in-law's keyboards. Ran a small board into the amp., and used the high out from the crossover to a Bandit. Had full range, and she also played guitar through it. Would like to try it again! Bill

Bill Moore. I went down to the shop and hooked the amp up to a speaker again and played some guitar through it. It sounds just fine and all the knobs and EQ sliders work just fine. You were the first to express some interest so just let me know.
