Info on the tune "Merging Traffic"

Many years ago a late night music shows on KWKH, KVOO and WSM would play steel instrumnetals at the break and as themes. One was named "Merging Traffic" and I never remember who played it, but I still have those chord progressions running through my head.

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this? OR, the chord progession for the bridge?
