Anyone out there use a CD recorder instead of a PC to record from their digital recorder? Is there an advantage with the high dollar CD recorder compared to the basic model? _________________ 1976 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics 427 pickup, 1975 Birdseye U-12 MSA with Telonics X-12 pickup, Boss 59 Fender pedal for preamp, NDR-5 Atlantic Delay & Reverb, two Quilter 201 amps, 2- 12" Eminence EPS-12C speakers, ShoBud Pedal, 1949 Epiphone D-8. Hey Dennis, I just got a Tascam CDRW900 stand alone pro unit and I love it ($599 street price) it has done everything I asked it to do and has yet to reject any brand or type of CD I've thrown onto it! I think it sounds a little better than the discs that I burn on my computer as well, and has some nice extra features!! |
