Billy Phelps is his psg in Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands this week and next week.
Here's the schedule for the June 1 - June 17 tour.
As many of you have said, Billy is an extremely talented and unique pedal steel guitarist, along with being a genuinely nice guy 
If you have a chance to go hear and watch him play, we highly recommend it!
He loves meeting and visiting with people, so please feel free to go introduce yourself if there is time.
He also welcomes you to play his Carter with BCT Technology if there's time to do so.
The first night of the tour, Billy recorded a live album with the rest of the Brian Sklar group.
