"I Can't Help It If I'm Still In Love With You." You can leave your pedals at home on this one.

From Don's SGHOF plaque:

DON HELMS

INDELIBLE STYLIST AND RECORDING ARTIST WHO BROUGHT THE UPPER OCTAVES INTO PROMINENT USE AND GAVE THE "HANK WILLIAMS" BACKUP IT'S ENDURING RECOGNITION. A "DRIFTING COWBOYS" ROAD MUSICIAN AND STEEL PIONEER FOR FOUR DECADES.

BORN: FEBRUARY 28, 1927 NEW BROCKTON, ALABAMA
DIED: AUGUST 11, 2008
INDUCTED: 1984

That'll work! Thanks again, Frank. Don had such a beautiful sound and touch, and those Hank Williams recordings with Don and Jerry Byrd are the best. (IMO, of course, blah blah blah..)
The best!
