This could be a display driver corruption problem, or low system RAM, a pegged CPU, a bad video output port, a bad video connector or cable, a browser issue, or low available system disk space.

Try using an alternate browser. I keep Firefox and Chrome on all my computers. Sometimes one browser may hold on to its cache longer than another.

You could run an outdoor rated CAT 5 cables from the house router to another router in the shop...

Cat 5 is outdated for modern Internet speeds from cable Internet providers. I recommend Cat 6e.
