My Bassman 70 head has plenty of clean headroom, it's the ultralinear model that somehow gets more wattage out of a pair of 6L6's.

And even without a mid EQ I can dial in good pedal steel tone on ...

It's in the voice coil. Whoever at Peavey decided to put the label on the magnet must have been a marketing person and not an engineer, IMO.

All I remember about the pots is they are American made, better quality than the cheap stock pots, slightly larger shafts (had to enlarge holes). Don't know if I can find specs on the upgrade kit.

I recently discovered how great my 22-year old Evans SE200 sounds through an extension cab loaded with a PF350. There's also a black box in the mix.

Has anybody done an A-B comparison of the EPS 15 and the TT 15? What's the difference in sound/tone?
