It looks like a bayonet bulb socket. See the notches for the ears of the light bulb? First use I've seen for this.
If that's what it is, you can just break a lamp and solder to the base. Crazy! |

Your reverb drive signal is missing. Make sure you haven't swapped the in and outs to the tank. You've tried another tank... this points to the tank being OK.
