This may not exactly be what you were asking, but I have combined the 7 raise with my lever lowering 2 and 9.

I’m not much of a solderer but I got a good soldering station and some tutoring from a tech savvy friend and did the Sarno mods to two Session 400’s with excellent results. Kudos to Brad!

I believe there might be other structural differences between the MCI and EMCI welded frame models. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable than I could comment.

You might look into EvapoRust or Metal Rescue for soaking, or wiping. Just used EvapoRust on an old motorcycle gas tank. Worked as advertised.
