Zena, my U12 that I got 2 years ago, which is a 700 series, only had 3 raise - 3 lower.

Either way, these are great guitars!

Thanks for the info, Jon - it appears that the U12 preset is also based on Jeff Newman's later system where the E strings are sharp of concert pitch.

Just got one of these yesterday - does anyone know when using with a U12 E9/B6th, does the P12 preset cover the E9th pedals as well as the 6th pedals, or should I use the SP9 or OP9 preset for those p ...
