If you can't open the amp, the tube chart should be an an approximate indicator. If it was a CBS Fender it should have something different on the rear panel other than Fender, Fullerton.

I use kynar wire for those little traces. That's what we used back at Northrop Electronics Division for open traces on multi-layer boards.

For that much damage, 4 hours sounds about right. Justification of tech time depends on whether used ones are available.

Looking at the pictures, it is repairable but will cost a lot of bench time to jumper and remove all the bad traces. In my experience it's better to remove the old trace when it's damaged that bad.

The Line 6 SonicPort uses the "Mobile POD" app on my iPhone and iPad. Haven't tried it with any other apps.

From my research, GPA has the original Altec tooling that they use to make the recone kits. They have really good reviews but their kits cost about $120 compared to the $65 for the generic kits.
