On the Panther Hall album Lloyd Green was using a 1968 Fender Twin Reverb with JBL D120F speakers (rented) is what I have read. Sadly I was not there in person.

I don't know if Mr.(Woody) Woodell in Goodlettsville is still re-coning.
He did a couple of pair for me and they are excellent.

I just picked up one of these amps that has 6V6 tubes. You can use 6L6 or EL34 tubes with it without re-biasing. Does anyone use one of these and have you tried the 6L6 tubes with it?

I have not tried the Black Label, but I do have a EVM12L 300W before the BL speaker came out. EVM12L's normally are 200W.
The 300w seems to have a stiffer cone and I prefer the 200W for 6-string guit ...
