That Jimmy Dean show was just on RFDTV a week or two ago. I think they're showing the entire first season. They have some great country stuff once in awhile like Buck Owens, Hank Snow, etc.

You could buy a 5mm nut driver at a hardware store. If you can't buy just one, a whole set shouldn't be too expensive. I'm pretty sure you can drive a 5mm allen wrench into a 3/16" tuning wrench ...

I use a 10 string bar on my 12 string guitar. I have big hands but it's easier for me to do slants and hammer ons with a 10 string bar.

Pedal C:
Usually raises strings 3 and 4 a whole step.
Somewhere I picked up having it also raise string 8 a whole step.
Pedal C raises strings 4 and 5 a whole step. E->F# and B->C#.

What a performance by Dale and the Lone Stars, especially Mike on steel. One of those signature songs like Farewell Party. Maybe that's a stretch but it's damn good.
