Does anyone make a basic, but good quality, volume pot pedal these days? Something like the old Goodrich pedals with no battery to replace so you can leave it hooked up all the time and no AC cord.

If I were to take an uniformed guess, I'd say the A to B raise on the 4'th C6 pedal dates to a time when knee levers weren't in common use and made it easy to get a Maj7 chord.
