This isn't a one-off. I don't know how many were made, but they do come up occasionally. According to Gruhn production started in 1940.

I'm so sorry to hear of Keoki's passing. I met him only once when I visited his home almost twenty years ago. He was an enormously warm and generous man. My condolences to his family and friends.
