save the doc in a picture format ie jpg. then post it.

you can open Snipping tool then select new , Drag cursor around document then save it as jpg. It will load fine in the forum.

A dirty and or clogged changer will also have an effect on open or adjacent strings.

Is the hum there when you take the DD5 out of the chain (stereo w/o delay)? Or switch the cabling?

You still haven't told us which two amps you are using. I can infer by one of your statements that one of the amps is a NV400.

Nv400 and a DV Mark 50 watt head.

I use a Boss DD5 to split the outputs to two separate amps. this produces a hum in the amps. so I connected a Direct box on the second amp and lifted the ground. Hum is still there.

Still using my NV112 with an older 12" Black Widow speaker.
Cant get a better tone out of any amp that suits me except the NV.

Just ordered one. I currently have the Peterson VSII , Clip tuner and the Flip tuner. Im sold on their products. All work excellent , never had a problem with these tuners.

Since the problem was only at one fret, you can rule out the amp. (If it were an amp or speaker problem, the issue would be evident with the same note or chord, regardless of where it was played.)
