The piano on this track is Band in a Box. Everything else was recorded one track at a time with live musicians over the original BIB tracks which were taken off until only the piano was left.

You could try Skype lessons, which work well. John McClung and Joe Wright give lessons by Skype along with many other fine players.

Ronnie, I can play Erv’s tabs and I have been playing right at a year. I have learned much about where the melody lies on the fretboard by observing his tabs. Highly recommended.
