Gene was a kind, gentleman. He had a great touch and tone and regularly attended the Muller Jams on Mondays for years. He will be missed.

Perhaps Fred "Tommy" Thompson, 1999 Maine Country Music Hall of Fame inductee.
I think he's full in time Florida, North of Tampa area. He's 92 and I still call him "Mr Smooth"
