When I meet Bob in the late 60's he could play Chalkers "Big Hits on Big Steel" almost note for note. I was impressed. Never did get to know him well.

Does anyone have any insight as to why steelradio is not playing steel music anymore? Maybe I am not clicking on the right spots. I miss their earlier playlist. Now just get a lot of singing crap.

Although probably not the best but it does get me every time. That would be the steel break in "On Second Thought" by Eddie Rabbit. I do not know who played it but it is really catchy.
