Frank, since you have "extra" pedals for an extended E9, I recommend a "Zero-pedal" which flats the G#s to the left of the ABC pedals

This will give minor chords in "no-ped ...

I picked up on Area Code 615 in the 70s when I was trying to learn steel. (I am still trying to learn steel.) Weldon had scary chops, balanced by great taste!

John you might find Tri-flow at bicycle shops. Players also use gun oil.

I have saxophone key oil, available at your local music store. You can dab it on with a toothpick.
