Yes John it is an all pull ,if you look close there is a Emmons stye badge on the front. Santa is late for the Steel Job. He said get it tuned up, he would be here soon!

TFE would work. I think those things dry up and get brittle. Best to replace them when they get hard to twist

I have an old car brake hub with a hole drilled in the outer edge. Just insert rod 1/2" and pull back on it while hitting with hammer. Works perfect
