I believe Bill had developed his psg skills enormous since both of your fine suggestions. "Lucky Day" was recorded 1974 which I think is close to the time he put the instrument on the shelf.

Ake, I recognize Tommy Williams as the fiddle player. He's on the bottom center of the LP cover with Gene O'Neal just behind and slightly left.
