I recently acquired one of these amps and I found it to be the smoothest, best sounding amp for steel I have yet to hear. Having previously owned Evans, Peavey ( both Session and Nashville 400's) and Fender tube amps, to my ear the Steelman outshines them all.

Randall Steelman 500 are at least 225 watts
