I have a Peavey Bassfex unit loaded with "Jeff Newman presets" in excellent condition. I installed a new internal memory battery last week. These units are identical to the Profex II units except for the factory presets and even have Profex II stamped on the circuit boards. I actually prefer them over the Profex II units because they have a broader range on the 5-band EQ and Bi-amping capability. I use a bassfex with both of my amps. $195 includes shipping in the lower 48.
Thanks,
Dave

Bump for Dave. This is an awesome deal!

The Bassfex was a well kept secret for a long time. It is the same unit and circuit board, as Dave said. If you want, you can get a version 1.5 chip form Peavey for a Profex 2 and it will say "Profex 2" on power up and have all those awful factory guitar presets! I actually prefer the bass presets, at least they are clean sounding!
