Was watching the Wilburn Bros. show and I am afraid i did not know who he was.He looked familiar and when then they said it was Don Helms then I seen it.
Sure played smooth.
Great job Don!!
Must have been the Holly glasses that thru me off.

Darrell I saw that show too...here's some pictures of Don Helms playing his Sho-Bud D-8 with 3 floor pedals it looks like.

Maybe Bobbe Seymour can tell us more about Don Helms and his Sho-Bud Pedal Steel.

Glad to know that Don is at home and doing so well. His playing on the Wilburn Brothers Show is Classic Don Helms playing.

Also here is a picture of Waylon Jennings and Loretta Lynn, who was on that same show.

Guys,

What network is playing the Wilburn Bros. shows? I haven't seen these since Willie's Outlaw channel in the late nineties.
