This man is a diamond. I have recently ordered some items from b0b and he emails immediately each time when he has received a PayPal payment and the goods are despatched almost immediately. How he finds time in his life to run things so well I don't know.

mega dittos. Four days from the moment I mailed him a check, I received exactly what I ordered last week.

b0b is apparently of a character from a throwback in time, where honor an integrity meant more than money.

We Steel players all over the world owe him a great big debt of gratitude. May our precious Lord richly bless him for all he has done and with soo much humility.

You won't meet or deal with a better Man than bob. He is quality in character and would give the Shirt right off is back, in Friendship.

I've ordered records twice from b0b and they arrived very quickly. Heck, he even answers e-mails, "bless his little pea-pickin' heart," with apologies to Tennessee Ernie Ford.

Without b0b I'd still be steelin' like I was 20 years ago (not very well) instead of like I am now (which is a still lot like I was 19 years ago but somewhat better due to the materials and info b0b has made available to those of us geographically challenged...)

We could never repay the debt we owe to b0b.

He has provided an online community that is worth its weight in gold. Everyone knows everyone else and when we do meet in person it's like meeting an old friend.

b0b is not only a diamond, he's a ten carat solitaire.

I would just like to echo all that has been said.

I usually order something from B0b every month. Where else can you get the kind of service we get from B0b? In my experience nowhere.

I never cease to be amazed by the fact that an order via PayPal (what a great concept) is acknowledged immediately and a CD is in my mailbox from 6000 miles away (+ or -)
in about four days. I wish more US vendors would sign up to use PayPal.

Long may B0b continue to provide this unbelievable service to the steel community.

And to any one who has not bought goods off the Forum, I say please do - you will benefit the forum itself, get goods at bargain prices and receive an unbelievable quality service from B0b (who I had the great pleasure in meeting last year at St Louis).

but seriously- I agree whole-heartedly. I buy my strings from b0b on a semi annual basis, and my orders are always filled promptly and to the letter of my request.

I have two wonderful helpers: God and Mrs. Lee. I couldn't do it without them both.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone.

I will be glad to add to all the good words for b0b. I ordered a couple of CD's from him and got them right quick. Packed very nicely. I am ordering a couple of Reece's CD's that I don't seem to have.

But more than this,b0b is running this Forum with such smoothness, with intelligence and Character. He has established a great and growing Family here.....al

I think a lot of B0b, and am grateful for the medium that allows steel players, from the beginners, to the Icons to interact.

I've learned a lot, met a lot of good people, and hope it keeps going and getting bigger.

Thanks Mr Quasar.
