Hello to all my numerous Steel playing or Steel thinking friends. Although I don't put my "two cent's worth" in too often--because that would be about all it would be worth--I have something very important to me and my wife Lois to say. Most of you know Lois just about as well as you know me because she's always around me, whether it be St. Louis, Knoxville, Lexington, etc. But I have sad news to report. She is a very sick Lady. Two weeks ago (Monday) I had to rush her to the hospital with an acute asthma attack from bronchitus. She had been on medication several days but continued to worsen. She also had pneumonia. The medicine they had to give her in the hospital was very strong (it had to be). But while it was attacking the asthma and pneumonia, it was also attacking her stomach and small intestine to the point that it cut the circulation of to part of the intestine and killed a portion of it. And before the doctors discovered it, Gangrene had set. They performed emergency surgery Sunday night (11/1 , but the poison had already hit the the blood stream. So at this time her life hangs in the balance--not many have survived such a situation. I'm asking all my many, many friends on the Forum to please say a little Prayer for Lois and our family. We must realize that Satan is the author of all damage to the body.
But when THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST is applied in faith, it acts as a covering which prevents Satan from attacking us with germs. THE BLOOD of JESUS CHRIST is the finest covering and disinfectant in the world. It is perfect.
JESUS CHRIST is THE HEALER, THE DELIVERER, and THE SAVIOUR.
DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER, we come to YOU right now IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, YOUR ONLY BEGOTTEN SON. FATHER, LORD JESUS please by YOUR PRECIOUS BLOOD, and YOUR HOLY WORD, touch our brothers loved one. And DEAR FATHER, LORD JESUS and BLESSED HOLY SPIRIT, we will be very, very careful to give YOU all of the Power, the Honor and the Glory, for YOU alone deserve it.
