Another BIAB question

I know that a measure is split into 2 parts(halves) when typing in the chords to a song. Is there anyway to split one of those half measures in half? For example, if you were trying to program an ending for a song and you wanted a sudden stop on the 4th count of the measure, is that possible? If this doen't make sense let me know I'll try to clarify.

You can do this:



1st half     2nd half


C,G          C

This will give you one beat C, one beat G and two beats C in a 4-beat measure. To get a stop on beat 4:



1st half     2nd half


C            C,G..

Or right click on the measure you want to work on and up will come a dialog box where you can enter a chord for each beat, or change chords from a shot to a hold or a rest, push chords to play a little early, hold some instruments while others play and a few more things.
