Hi - My usual browser, MS Intenet Explorer 5, seems to be a little whacked out with something I've never seen before. After I've been on a while, it will stop allowing me to 'go back' one screen. E.g., the 'Back' button remains grayed out. This gets to be very frustrating.

This does not happen when I go to Netscape, and lately, rebooting has no effect. I've never seen this before, and I was wondering if you all have any info on this. I'd rather not download and reinstall IE5 if I can help it. Any info appreciated.

Thank-uns.
Steve

Try resetting the defaults for the "Advanced" properties, maybe something got zapped in there. RIGHT click on the IE icon on your desktop and then LEFT click properties. Then click on the ADVANCED tab at the top and the click on RESTORE DEFAULTS.

See what that does.

I had this problem on my NT Server box at work. b0b suggested getting the newest upgrade from Microsoft, not the 5.5 Beta, just the newest patches. I did and haven't had the problem since.
