Is there a good amp repair store or reputable person in the Ft Worth/Dallas area where I can have my old Webb amp updated with the componets and changes Brad Sarno recommends?

Bill, it's usually hard to find someone with Webb tech experience since it's a rare breed, but the amp is not that complex and pretty much the re-cap job is straightforward, especially with a schematic. Most any decent amp tech can do it. Probably a 2-3 hour job total.

Bill, you should have lugged your Webb along when you were in the Twin Cities. I'm certain the boys at www.savageaudio.com would have fixed you up. I know they have the schematics for the WEBB.
I recently acquired the parts that Brad recommended as an "upgrade" to the WEBB and am anxious to install them. Although my 1978 has no known problems, I like the fact that the upgrades or replacements are all the same values as the original amp specs with a better quality of component(s) used in some cases.
