Read this on usenet:
Word is JBL is ceasing production of the American Made E, K, and D series
speakers.
All new models to be non cast stamped frame built in China for the next NAMM
Show.

I just got a great deal on a couple of mint E-130s and boy, do they ever sound terrific. Good timing, I guess. |

The D and K lines have been out of production for quite a few years now. I'm going to NAMM this month, I'll check out the word on the E line. |

Hey Greg,
That sure sounds hard to believe to be honest. As Dan says, the D's & K's are no longer made anyhow...just the E's. You can't believe everything you read on the crummy old internet anyway...can you?
