Was loading in for a session today and my Steel was dropped face down in the case. I opened it up and set up to find my E-9 neck pickup coil had come out of it's bottom bobbin and was dead. It was actually hitting the underside of the strings of my E-9 neck. I've since taken it out of the guitar and it's toast! So, I've purchased a George L's E-66 to get me through for now (I have another session tomorrow) but I am sick over the loss of my original pickup. My guitar is a 74 Emmons D-10. WHO DOES AUTHENTIC EMMONS PICKUP REWINDING??? I know I should know these things and I do when it comes to guitars, but not steels. I want that pickup back the way it was!

| Check with Bobbe Seymour in Goodlettsville. He probably has some original Emmons pickups around. |

Bill re-wound a single coil for me on one of my old push pulls and did an excellent job.
When it comes to pickups, nobody knows more about pickups than Bill Lawrence.
