I am having a terrible time getting a good sound out of my new Evans E200 amp. The top end is weak and tinny sounding. The bottom is warm and full. I have a new Mullen D10 with George L 10-1 pickups. Does anyone have suggestions for amp settings or pickup selection or effects unit selection? My main system (on the bus) is an older Mullen with the same pickups, played through a Nashville 400 w/LeMay upgrade and a Digitec 256 effects unit. I love that sound and would like to get a similar sound with the Evans.

Thanks for your help.

Stan, Try flipping both switches up, run treble about 11 o'clock, bass 2 o'clock, body about 1 o'clock. That should put you in the ballpark.
