Soliciting comments on this amp model. I saw one for sale in a music store and was wondering about its application for pedal steel.

It has an Eminence speaker (15") that is a replacement. What was the original equipment speaker for this amp? Is the Eminence better or worse?

Asking price is $800, which I suspect is high.

Thanks for any advice!

I have an SE-2oo with the high voltage preamp. The Eminence speaker in the amp is 4 ohms and has a nice sound. There have been are several upgrades with the SE-200 over the years. You should find out what year the amp is and if it has the high voltage preamp as that gives the amp a warm growling sound.
$800.00 is high if it an older amp.
