Whats the best setup for hooking up the Nashville 1000 to the Lexicon MPXG2.

I would go into the Lexicon, then from the loop out of the Lexicon into the preamp input of the Session, then from the preamp out of the session into the loop return of the Lexicon. Then go from the output of the Lexicon into the power amp in of the Session. This will enable you you put the effects that should go before the preamp (e.g. compression, distortion, envelope filter) in the right place, while the efx that should go after the preamp (reverb/delay) can also go in the right place.
