Flinthill Dobro Advice Please!!!

I have an inexpensive Flinthill dobro that
I want to amplify. What pickup system is
suited for this? I don't want to sink a lot
of money in this instrument. Please give
suggestions and comments on this. Tell me if I'm nuts.
