Yes Wally Murphy was on some cuts of the album Pasture Prime.
This album has been reissued on CD including
songs that were cut from the original american release and a bonus track with a 7 minete interview with Ray Benson

Wally's playing on his version of "Cherokee", and on "My Mother's Eyes" (in the "Flying Fingers" album) has some really phenomonal chord work on C6th!

I saw him play at the '99 St. Louis Convention and he played an amazing set. Aside from "Flying Fingers" are there any other of his recordings available?
