What is this???

Can anyone out there help in identifing this lap steel? I rescued it from the wall of an old resturant.I can find no serial #'s or names anywhere on it. It's at least 40+ years old. It looks like someone put "Okinawa" on the headstock and tried to refinish it. After numerous soakings with WD-40 I got the machines working and resoldered some wires to the volume pot. It even works now! Thanks in advance.
