I used to have this CD, a very enjoyable lesser known pairing of musicians you might not expect ... Vassar Clements and Stephane Grappelli on violin, Doug Jernigan on pedal steel and Martin Taylor on guitar. The contest between the two fiddlers styles is interesting. Doug is on fire throughout but really shines on 'Bluesette'.
