Last night I was checking my Face book when I came across an advertisement for a brand of strings called String Joy . I asked in the comment if they made any for pedal steel. Well, it just happens they do. What I am doing is seeing if anybody on the Forum is using these strings? I would Ike to check before I invest.

Here's a recent thread on them. I believe one of our members has a source for these, but they are easily available from the website. These are great folks and they wind their own strings.

I’ve been using them for a while now. I use a couple of gauges that standard sets don’t include. I can customize the 9 string set and add the 10th to complete the set. Long life and very stable.
