Carter D-10 Road Case: $150+

This came with my Carter when I bought it a few years ago. I haven't used, and can't see when I will, so off it goes. Inside dimensions are 32" long, 10.5 wide, and 4+" deep (a little hard to measure exactly, but fits the low-profile Carter). It clearly got a lot of use from the previous owner, but has no major scuffs or bruises and is rock-solid sturdy. Weighs @30lbs.

This will cost a bundle to ship, so I've set the price low. Same price if someone wants to come pick it up here in NH.
