A Lap Steel with a piezo pickup ??

Does anyone know of a builder that makes a 6 string lap steel with a piezo bridge pickup? Maybe with Dobro/Reso string spacing??

I have seen Paul Beard's "Road-O-Phonic". Was wondering of anyone else builds something like this??

I use one of these with a raised nut. The Donner HUSH headless travel guitar. The piezo pickup sounds great. I use a Fishman JD imaging pedal or Boss EQ to get a dobroish sound. It works well with an overdrive pedal, too.

You can add a piezo to any lap steel. Easy way would be the stick on type with a 1/4” out.
