I have a Dekley S10 and live near the border of Va.Tn. and Ky. 8 miles north of Kingsport Tn. She plays pretty good and I am a beginner. I need someone who knows what they are doing on the mechanical end to get her set up to optimum performance and show me how to maintain her and do any adjustments in the future. Can anyone direct me to the nearest gentleman or store who can do this. I know I could take her to Nashville but that is a six hour drive. If I have to I will.
Thank You.

Billy Cooper's store is in Orange, Virginia, I believe he's very well respected though I have no personal knowledge. See the Links page in the top right corner of the page. |

Unfortunately a round trip to Billy Coopers would probably be an overnight affair for Jerry.
Until you find someone local (or an Internet buddy), there's a great resource at Steelguitar.com which includes not only general adjustment instruction but also a Dekley owners manual at Click HERE!
Hope this helps.

Thanx, if I am going that far, might as well go to Nashville and see the sights. _________________ A FATE WORSE THAN LIFE |

The guys at the Emmons store in Sevierville should be able to help you out. It’s much closer than Nashville. Give them a call. |
