| I spent about 3 hrs tonight with Bobby Bowman while he was "tweeking" my guitar. Bobby Bowman has got to be one of the nicest guys on the planet. His honesty and integrity in his work is beyond reproach. He is always there to help and educate us struggling steel players and always does anything he can to help. Bobby and his beautiful Toni are world class people. So, I raise my glass to Bobby Bowman, one of my dearest friends. Jody. |

Jody, I met Bobby at Dallas this year for the first time and he greeted, and treated me like a long lost friend which was amazing. I was surprised at the open, and honest friendship he showed towards me considering we had never met. And he is a wonderful player as well. Great bloke all round.

I had the pleasure of chatting with Bobby in the chat room last year. What a personable guy. I felt like I had known him for years.
hmmmm ... maybe I have, 'cause I did some things in my early years that I don't remember ...... Caldwell, don't you say a word !!!

I'm proud to call Dr Bobby (Jones) Bowman my very good friend. This cat would walk a stone fire pit barefooted to help anyone, steel guitar or otherwise. I firmly believe he thinks a stranger is just a friend he ain't met yet; just like my old Dad. You meet Bobby and don't like him, you better check out your attitude. Love ya' brother, may the Great One walk by your good health side forever.
